(If you’ve never been to the Lafayette Hotel in downtown Marietta, OH, I’d recommend a visit! Lovely setting overlooking the Ohio River, with a historic ambience, horse-drawn carriage rides, a riverwalk, and the occasional ghost tour as a few of the amenities.)
